To make Punjabi Egg Curry Recipe or anda curry recipe, you need to boil 6 eggs.  Pierce them with a fork so that the masala could be absorbed thoroughly inside the egg while cooking.  The next step is to heat the pan and add 1 spoon oil. Today we are going to make a typical Mumbai dish that is known as egg bhurji recipe or anda bhurji recipe.  Egg bhurji is a spicy scrambled egg for which we are going to use onions and chop them nicely.  Ingredients :  1 spoon turmeric 1 and half spoon red chili powder (as per your choice) 1 and a half spoon of pav bhaji masala. 2 onion 2 tomatoes 4 eggs 1-inch ginger 2-3 green chili.
