  You might have seen a lot of khichadi recipes. Today the one I am going to show is made with bajra. Its quite warm but nutritious and a winter delight.  I am going to cook everything in a pressure cooker. So let’s turn on the flame.  Add a spoon of oil. Once the oil is nice and hot add 1 spoon of cumin seed Add bay leaves, cinnamon stick, and 2 cloves.  Let this cook for a few seconds. Add a spoon of ginger garlic paste and mix it well. Add 1 finely chopped onions and cook them well Add 2 chopped tomatoes.  Reduce the flame and let the tomatoes softener  Meanwhile chop the veggies: beans and carrot.  Add these veggies into it and mix it well. Also, add green peas. You can add any vegetable of your choice.  Soak the 1 gram bajra for 6-7 hours. Today we are going to make garlic naan recipe on tawa without tandoor and without oven. So let’s start making delicious naans.  You’ll need garlic, coriander leaves, maida, sugar, salt, yeast, water, and oil. Add 1 spoon of sugar and half spoon of yeast to some warm water. Today we are going to make traditional Punjabi chole recipe or chana masala recipe. Let’s begin. What you need to start is washed and soaked kabuli chana or chickpeas.  Put the chickpeas in a pan and add water and salt to taste. To give its natural brown color to this Punjabi chole recipe I am adding a tea leafs in a bag into the water. Give it a stir and cook for 45 minutes till it is nice and soft. Alternatively you can pressure cook it. To make Punjabi Egg Curry Recipe or anda curry recipe, you need to boil 6 eggs.  Pierce them with a fork so that the masala could be absorbed thoroughly inside the egg while cooking.  The next step is to heat the pan and add 1 spoon oil. Don’t heat the oil too much. Heat it on low flame only.  Now add half spoon of red chili powder.  Add one-fourth of a spoon turmeric powder. Add half spoon dhaniya powder.  Add salt to taste.
